Having a pre-approval letter helps when negotiating for a home just like having cash on-hand. Without a pre-approval it will be almost impossible to budget just what you can afford, allowing you to factor in costs such as HOA’s/Condo Fees, repairs and items to furnish the home.

How soon are you looking to move? Do you need to sell your home before you move? Waiting for your lease to expire?
