Palazzo di Amore which translates to “Palace of Love” in Italian but it might as well be a foreign language. With a whopping $195 million price tag the Palazzo di Amore is pretty much out of reach for anyone who isn’t a billionaire. Crowned “the most expensive house in America, this mega home is consistently ranks among the most clicked listing in America on every popular real estate site and with good reason.

Where the average square footage of a home in America is roughly 2,600, Palazzo di Amore is more than 20 times the size. So what exactly would the person with ultra deep pockets get for $195 million? Well the “palace” itself sits on 25 acres with sweeping views of the ocean, West Los Angeles and Century City. As for amenities, there is pretty much everything you can imagine from a 5o person plush movie theater, ballroom with laser lights a DJ booth and revolving floor. If you’re a car enthusiasts than the 27 car garage and outdoor parking to accommodate 150 cars which should be more than adequate.

The living space itself comes with a dizzying 12 bedrooms and 23 bathrooms. If you consider the bedroom as a sanctuary then the master suite at Palazzo di Amore would be a temple. With a spacious 5,000 square feet it’s almost double the size of the average home.

This Beverly Hills palace was originally acquired by real estate czar Jeff Greene who at one point in his life worked a busboy at a Palm Beach hotel. Greene purchased the home for $35 million in 2007. After throwing another $25 million dollars he eventually put it on the market back in November of 2014.

There have been some interested buyers since Palazzo di Amore hit the market but as of now it’s still on the market. As Greene awaits a hefty offer, the home is currently being rented out for $475,000 per month. Check out the video above to get a tour of this over-the-top home.
